Website privacy

Last updated:

TotalBodyIQ is operated by Andy Dabbs in the United Kingdom. This notice covers our website. Our App Privacy Policy explains how the app handles data.

Contact messages

When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your email address, selected topic and message. We use these to reply to your enquiry, investigate reported problems and consider feature requests. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing, and your email address and message are not included in website analytics.

Submissions are sent to Formspree, stored in our Formspree account and forwarded to our support mailbox hosted by IONOS. Formspree hosts its service in the United States. See Formspree’s privacy policy and information about its hosting and safeguards. Emailing us directly sends your message to our IONOS mailbox without using the website form.

Our website does not save your draft in browser storage. A failed submission leaves it in the open form so that you can try again or contact us by email; leaving or reloading the page may clear it. Copies held by Formspree and our mailbox are separate from this temporary draft. Use the contact details below to ask about your correspondence or request access, correction or deletion.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use PostHog to measure page visits, starts and completions of the starting-point guide, and clicks on links to download the app. The guide’s answers and results stay in your page; they are not included in analytics. We record the page, broad referral source, channel, campaign and link placement, together with the event time. Each event uses a new random reference.

This helps us understand how people find TotalBodyIQ and improve the website. We rely on your consent. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to the website or the free app.

We do not use a persistent visitor identifier, create visitor profiles, record browsing sessions or connect website events to app or health data. Download clicks are not counted as app installs.

Events are sent to PostHog’s EU service. Like other internet services, the provider receives connection information needed to handle requests. Our analytics project discards client IP addresses from stored events, and our website requests disable location enrichment.

Your choice

We store your analytics preference in this browser for up to 180 days, solely to remember your choice. This preference contains your choice, the notice version and its date; it does not identify you.

Use Analytics settings to change or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice.

Contact support@totalbodyiq.co.uk to ask about your information or exercise applicable rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
