These Terms govern your use of the TotalBodyIQ mobile application, developed by Andy Dabbs, based in the United Kingdom.
1. Acceptance
By using TotalBodyIQ, you confirm you are at least 16 and agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
TotalBodyIQ is a fitness tracking and intelligent workout planning app for iOS.
3. Data
No account required. Data is stored locally on your device.
4. Subscriptions
Free features include workout logging, run tracking, body measurements, badges, and the full exercise library. Pro (£4.99/month or £34.99/year, each with a 14-day free trial) unlocks the Smart Workout Planner, body load heatmap, readiness scoring, coaching, programs, and analytics. Billing is handled through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel via Apple ID settings.
5. Health Disclaimer
TotalBodyIQ is not a medical device. All recommendations are algorithmic and for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme. Use at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and design are owned by Andy Dabbs and are protected by UK and international law.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not reverse engineer, use unlawfully, or scrape data from the App.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales apply. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
