These Terms of Service govern your use of the TotalBodyIQ website and app. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms.

1. About TotalBodyIQ
TotalBodyIQ is a training-guidance and workout-tracking product designed to help users plan, log, and review training. It is intended to support structured fitness activity. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or individual coaching.
2. App Store terms and Apple Standard EULA
If you download TotalBodyIQ through Apple’s App Store, the app is also subject to Apple’s distribution terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless and until we provide a custom EULA in App Store Connect.
These website terms are intended to sit alongside the Standard EULA and to explain service-specific expectations, subscriptions, and website use.
3. Subscription terms
Current launch pricing
- TotalBodyIQ Pro Monthly: £3.99 per month
- TotalBodyIQ Pro Annual: £19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial at launch
Important billing details
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
- App Store pricing and tax treatment may vary by country or region.
Prices, offers, and feature availability may change over time. The price shown to you in the app at the time of purchase is the controlling price.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute app content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not rely on the app for emergency, clinical, or medical decision-making.
5. Health and training disclaimer
TotalBodyIQ provides general training guidance based on logged history, goals, and selected inputs. It does not account for every individual factor such as injury history, medical conditions, nutrition, sleep, stress, soreness, or day-to-day recovery unless those are specifically tracked. Use the app as guidance, not as a diagnosis or guarantee.
6. Intellectual property
The TotalBodyIQ name, brand elements, interface design, copy, graphics, and app content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own content and rights granted by law, no licence is granted to copy or reuse our materials without permission.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or app from time to time. We may also change features, pricing, or availability where reasonably necessary.
8. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TotalBodyIQ is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the app will be suitable for every training situation.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law in your place of residence applies.
