Before you contact us
- Check that you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Update to the latest version of the app available to you.
- If the issue relates to a subscription, try the in-app “Restore Purchases” action first.
- If the issue relates to HealthKit or location, confirm that the relevant device permissions are enabled.
Subscription and billing help
App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can manage, cancel, or review your current subscription status in your Apple account settings.
Open Apple subscription settings
If a purchase should already be active in the app, try “Restore Purchases” and then contact us if access still does not update.
What to include in a support request
- A short description of the issue.
- Your device model and iOS version if the issue is technical.
- The app version if known.
- Screenshots or screen recordings where helpful.
- For billing issues, the subscription type and the Apple ID country/region if relevant.
