Draft agreement. The five-partner UK pilot, 30% rate and £34.99 customer price are approved. The operator and commission payer is Sally Dabbs trading as TotalBodyIQ. The final agreement and complete contracting details will be agreed before appointment.

Appointment. Up to five UK trainers or fitness creators aged 18 or over. Appointment requires written acceptance of the final dated terms, an activated assigned code, and written confirmation that promotion can begin. There is no joining fee, required purchase, exclusivity or guaranteed earnings. Partners are independent promoters and cannot bind TotalBodyIQ.

Eligible offer. £34.99 once for Pro Lifetime in the UK App Store, for customers Apple identifies as never having made an In-App Purchase within TotalBodyIQ. Apple confirms eligibility, price and product before payment. The purchase does not renew. Only paid purchases of com.totalbodyiq.pro.lifetime through the assigned code qualify; monthly or annual subscriptions, downloads, trials, free redemptions, restores and other products do not. Free features remain available without buying Pro. Customer-code expiry is 31/12/2026 at 08:00 UK time. The code’s activation date and redemption cap will be recorded before distribution.

Commission and evidence. 30% of net Apple developer proceeds attributable to eligible paid sales through the assigned code, after Apple’s commission, transaction taxes, refunds and adjustments. Commission is calculated in GBP and rounded once per partner per statement period. Any properly chargeable VAT is handled separately against a valid invoice and confirmed trading status. Apple sale and offer records must identify the code or uniquely mapped offer. Clicks, downloads, screenshots, customer claims and campaign totals alone are insufficient. No cookie attribution window or fingerprinting is used, and codes cannot be assigned retrospectively to organic sales.

Statements and payment. Statements show eligible units, refunds, adjustments, net proceeds, rate, commission, balance and payments. No customer identities or health information are shared. Sales and Trends estimates are provisional. Payment requires reconciliation to Apple financial reports, receipt of the proceeds, and at least 30 days since purchase. Payment follows in the next monthly run, by the last working day of that month, with no minimum payout threshold. A valid payout identity, privately supplied bank details and any required invoice must be available. There is no automatic bank payment system or live earnings dashboard.

Corrections. Later refunds and adjustments reduce subsequent commission; negative balances carry forward with explanation. Unidentified or inconsistent records are held for review. Unrelated undisputed earnings are not withheld because another sale needs investigation. Query a statement within 30 days; TotalBodyIQ will explain the records and aim to resolve it within 15 working days. Apple reporting delays will be explained.

Promotion. Start affiliate advertisements with a clear Ad label before any caption expansion or link, and explain that commission may be earned. Use confirmed facts, the Free/Pro distinction, current price and expiry, and genuine demonstrations. Do not invent testimonials, promise medical or earnings outcomes, imply Apple sponsorship, or suggest the app replaces a trainer. Readiness and body load are modelled estimates. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, use fake accounts, self-referrals, misleading discounts, coupon sites, impersonation or paid bidding on TotalBodyIQ’s name. Paid advertising needs separate written agreement. Never request or send client health records.

Content. Supplied materials can be used to promote TotalBodyIQ while appointed, with branding and disclosures intact. Partners retain their own content; reposting needs separate permission. Reviews must remain honest, and commission is not conditional on a favourable review.

Ending or changing participation. Either party may end participation on seven days’ written notice. Serious breach, misleading promotion, code misuse or fraud can lead to immediate suspension for review. Redemptions may stop, but valid accrued commission remains payable. Material changes apply prospectively, with written notice and acceptance before new promotion. Previously earned commission is not retrospectively reduced.

Application information. The application privacy notice explains processing, proposed retention and contact rights. Application response permission is not acceptance of the programme agreement. The final agreement will include complete contracting details before appointment.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in selecting suitable partners and answering their enquiries. Applying is voluntary; without these details we cannot assess the application. The response request does not subscribe you to marketing or accept a partner agreement.

Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications are deleted within 90 days of the final response. Active partner records are kept during the agreement; contractual and payment records are kept for the applicable accounting or legal period. This page uses no analytics or persistent draft storage. Your browser may offer autofill or form restoration. Do not include health information, client data, bank details or identity documents.
