Smart, structured training shouldn't cost what a personal trainer costs. TotalBodyIQ turns your equipment, goals, and real training history into sessions that adapt to what your body has actually done — for less than 7p a day.
Most fitness apps help you record what you did. TotalBodyIQ helps you decide what to do next.
Select your equipment, choose your focus, and generate a structured workout around what you can actually train today — whether that’s a full gym, a pair of dumbbells, or just bodyweight.
Less planning. Less guesswork. More consistency.
The kind of coaching layer you’d normally pay a trainer for — in an app that costs less than a coffee a month.
Try Free for 14 Days
Once you finish a session, TotalBodyIQ uses that real training data to shape what comes next.
Body-load heatmaps show you what has been hit, what is lagging, and where your next session should focus to keep training balanced.
You are not relying on random templates or memory. The system builds around what your body has actually done.
From instant workout creation to smarter progression over time.
Try Free for 14 DaysA simple loop that turns your real training history into better next-session decisions.
Select your equipment, your training focus, and the time you have available.
Get a structured session in seconds instead of building one manually.
Capture the real sets, reps, volume, and work your body has completed.
TotalBodyIQ uses body load and readiness insight to shape future sessions.
A better answer to the question most people ask before every session: what should I train today?
Informed by Sports Science
The intelligence behind TotalBodyIQ draws on established principles from sports science and strength training research, including workload monitoring for readiness scoring, evidence-based volume guidelines for weekly programming, progressive overload methodology for long-term strength gains, and periodisation principles for structured recovery. The same types of frameworks trusted by coaches and practitioners in professional sport — now priced so anyone can use them.
Free gives you real workouts and full logging. Pro adds AI-generated sessions built around your goals, equipment, time, and body load — for the price of a coffee a month.
Build structured sessions instantly from your setup, focus, and available time.
See which areas have been trained, where the gaps are, and how your next session should adapt.
Understand when to push and when to recover based on recent training stress.
Track volume, performance trends, and real workload over time.
Train seamlessly across iPhone and Apple Watch with workout support on both.
Your training data stays on your device, with no ads, no trackers, and no dark patterns.
Then £1.99/month or £19.99/year. Cancel in two taps.
The free version of TotalBodyIQ is a complete training app, not a stripped-down preview. Build your own workouts, follow predefined sessions, track runs, monitor body measurements, earn badges, and train with Apple Watch. It will always be this way.
Pro adds the AI intelligence layer — personalised workouts, body-load heatmaps, readiness scoring, and progression tracking. A personal trainer charges £40 to £80 a session. A bespoke 12-week programme runs £150 or more. Pro costs £1.99 a month. That’s the point. Smart training shouldn’t be locked behind a price only some people can afford.
Both plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancel in two taps. No call centre. No dark patterns.
Core features remain free forever — workout logging, run tracking, body measurements, badges, Apple Watch. Every set, every weight, every measurement stays yours whether you go Pro or not. Cancel in two taps from Settings. No call centre. No dark patterns.
TotalBodyIQ supports all nine Apple accessibility features, making structured training more usable across a wider range of needs and abilities — because “for everyone” has to mean more than a price tag.
TotalBodyIQ is not backed by a big company or built by a committee. It is an independent product, built with passion and a clear mission: make intelligent training accessible to anyone who wants it — regardless of experience, equipment, or budget.
This app exists because too many people are priced out of structured training. A personal trainer costs £40 to £80 a session. A bespoke programme runs £150 or more. That’s not a choice most people get to make. TotalBodyIQ is my answer to that: the coaching layer that tells you what to train and why — for less than the price of a coffee a month.
No VC pressure to squeeze more out of users. No ads. No data resale. Every feature is shaped by real user feedback, and every update makes the app better for the people who use it — not the people funding it.
Real software, built with real passion, for real people — at a price real people can afford.
A personal trainer costs £40+ a session. A bespoke programme runs £150+. That’s not a choice most people get to make. TotalBodyIQ exists to change that — a coaching layer that tells you what to train and why, priced so anyone with a phone can use it. Your feedback builds the app. Your training gets better every week. Your access doesn’t depend on your bank balance.
TotalBodyIQ is a fitness app built from scratch by an independent founder who believes intelligent, structured training should be accessible to everyone — not just people who can afford a personal trainer or have years of experience.
Too many people walk into the gym without a plan, guess their way through a session, and never feel confident they are making real progress. That is the problem TotalBodyIQ was built to solve, and the reason it’s priced the way it is.
There are hundreds of fitness apps. Most are glorified notepads. The ones that are actually smart are expensive, overwhelming, or locked behind corporate paywalls that put them out of reach of most people.
A personal trainer costs £40 to £80 a session. A bespoke 12-week programme runs £150 or more. That kind of coaching is great — if you can afford it. Most people can’t. TotalBodyIQ exists to give people that intelligence layer at a price anyone with a phone can access.
This is not just a workout logger. TotalBodyIQ generates structured sessions from your equipment and goals, tracks real load across your body, scores your readiness to train, and helps you progress intelligently over time.
Select your equipment. Choose your focus. Press go. The system learns from what you do and shapes what comes next — the same loop a good coach would run, for less than 7p a day.
TotalBodyIQ is shaped by the people who use it. Every feature request is read. Every piece of feedback matters. This is not a product built in a boardroom — it’s built in conversation with a growing community of real users.
When you join, you are not just a subscriber. You’re part of something that is growing and improving every single week.
TotalBodyIQ supports all nine Apple accessibility features. VoiceOver, Voice Control, Larger Text, Reduced Motion, and more. Everyone deserves access to smarter training, regardless of ability or income.
Stronger bodies support stronger minds. Better training builds confidence, resilience, and energy that carries into every part of life. It should not be a privilege — it should be something anyone with a phone can get their hands on.
No ads. No trackers. No dark patterns. Training data stays on your device. Your data is never sold or used for advertising. This app earns your trust by respecting your privacy and your pocket.
Built with passion. Priced for everyone. Improving every day.
