A personal trainer is £40 to £80 a session. A bespoke 12-week programme, £150 or more. Most people never get that. TotalBodyIQ is £1.99 a month, and it turns your equipment, your goals, and what you actually trained last week into what you should train next.
Most fitness apps log what you did. TotalBodyIQ helps you decide what to do next.
Pick your equipment. Pick your focus. Get a structured session built around what you can actually train today. A full gym, a pair of dumbbells, or just bodyweight.
Every rep you log shapes what it builds next.
The kind of coaching layer you’d usually pay a trainer for. Priced so you don’t have to.
Try Free for 14 Days
After every session, TotalBodyIQ uses what you actually trained to shape what comes next.
The body-load heatmap shows what’s been hit and what’s lagging. The readiness score tells you when to push and when to back off.
No random templates. No guessing from memory. Sessions built around what your body has actually done.
From one session to the next, it gets smarter.
Try Free for 14 DaysA simple loop that turns your real training history into better next-session decisions.
Select your equipment, your training focus, and the time you have available.
Get a structured session in seconds instead of building one manually.
Capture the real sets, reps, volume, and work your body has completed.
TotalBodyIQ uses body load and readiness insight to shape future sessions.
A better answer to the question most people ask before every session: what should I train today?
Informed by Sports Science
The coaching logic uses real sport science — the kind coaches use. Workload monitoring for readiness scoring. Evidence-based volume guidelines for weekly training. Progressive overload cues on every set. Periodisation for recovery. Frameworks trusted in professional sport, priced so anyone can get to them.
Free gives you full workout logging, runs, and body tracking. Pro adds the intelligence layer — personalised sessions, body-load insight, and readiness scoring.
Build structured sessions instantly from your setup, focus, and available time.
See which areas have been trained, where the gaps are, and how your next session should adapt.
Understand when to push and when to recover based on recent training stress.
Track volume, performance trends, and real workload over time.
Train seamlessly across iPhone and Apple Watch with workout support on both.
Your training data stays on your device, with no ads, no trackers, and no dark patterns.
Then £1.99/month or £19.99/year. Cancel in two taps.
The free version is a complete training app, not a stripped-down preview. Build your own workouts, follow predefined sessions, track runs, monitor body measurements, earn badges, and train with Apple Watch. Always free.
Pro adds the intelligence layer — personalised sessions, body-load heatmaps, readiness scoring, progression tracking. A personal trainer is £40 to £80 a session. A bespoke 12-week programme, £150 or more. Pro is £1.99 a month. That’s the point.
Both plans have a 14-day free trial. Cancel in two taps. No call centres. No dark patterns.
Core features stay free forever. Workout logging, run tracking, body measurements, badges, Apple Watch. Every set, every weight, every measurement stays yours whether you go Pro or not. Cancel in two taps. No call centres. No dark patterns.
All nine Apple accessibility features supported. “For everyone” has to mean more than a price tag.
I built TotalBodyIQ alone. No backers. No committee. One mission: make intelligent training something anyone can afford.
A personal trainer is £40 to £80 a session. A bespoke 12-week programme, £150 or more. Most people never get that. This app is my answer to that gap.
No investors pushing for higher margins. No ads. No data resale. Every update is shaped by the people actually using the app. The world’s hard enough — training shouldn’t be another thing people get priced out of.
Built with care. Priced so anyone can use it.
A personal trainer is £40 to £80 a session. A bespoke 12-week programme, £150 or more. Most people never get that. TotalBodyIQ is £1.99 a month — less than 7p a day — and it turns what you actually trained last week into what you should train next. The world’s hard enough. Training shouldn’t be another thing people get priced out of.
I built TotalBodyIQ alone. Self-taught. No investors. One mission: make intelligent, structured training something anyone can get to — not just people who can afford a personal trainer.
Too many people walk into the gym without a plan, guess their way through a session, and never feel they’re making real progress. That’s the problem I built this app to solve.
Most fitness apps are glorified notepads. The smart ones are expensive, overwhelming, or locked behind corporate paywalls.
A personal trainer is £40 to £80 a session. A bespoke 12-week programme, £150 or more. That kind of coaching is great — if you can afford it. Most people can’t. This app is my answer to that gap.
This isn’t just a workout logger. TotalBodyIQ turns your equipment, your goals, and what you actually trained last week into what you should train next.
Every rep you log shapes what it builds next. A body-load heatmap shows what’s been hit and what’s lagging. A readiness score tells you when to push and when to back off. The same loop a good coach runs — for less than 7p a day.
Every feature request I get, I read. Every piece of feedback matters. This isn’t a product built in a boardroom — it’s built in conversation with the people actually using it.
When you sign up, you’re part of that.
All nine Apple accessibility features are supported. VoiceOver, Voice Control, Larger Text, Reduced Motion, and the rest. Smarter training shouldn’t depend on your ability or your income.
Stronger bodies help build stronger minds. Better training builds confidence, resilience, and energy that carries into every part of life. That shouldn’t be a privilege.
No ads. No trackers. No dark patterns. Training data stays on your device. Not sold. Not used for ads. This app earns trust by respecting your privacy and your wallet.
Built with care. Priced so anyone can use it.
